Project Readiness

There are two main objectives of the Project Readiness Session. The first is to clearly establish the environment in which the project must succeed. We discuss factors such as:

• how the organization currently manages projects
• whether projects have been successfully executed in the past
• how open and prepared people are for change.

These can have dramatic impacts on the approach and time required for the project.

The second objective is to engage and gather the input of key people in your organization. These individuals will also assist in assessing our services and ensuring fit with your organization.
