Yasu Fujita, MSE, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Known for his positive vision, strong project management skills and organizational change management achievements, Yasu Fujita is an accomplished management consultant and principal at Taurus Consulting. He built Taurus Consulting on the success of his breakthrough results with top-tier clients in both Canada and in the U.S. Yasu brings more than ten years of consulting experience with major consulting and financial institutions, such as TD Bank, Bank of Montreal, Cooperators Insurance and KPMG, where he has led merger & acquisition initiatives and other project management assignments. He has also led project teams in the professional services, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

He has achieved everything from redesigning complex processes for large companies undergoing audits to ensure successful compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, to helping businesses reduce project process time from 60 to 14 days.

Yasu fuses his positive, solutions-focused approach with strong technical and analytical abilities. In addition to his Project Manager Professional (PMP) designation, he holds a Master of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.

Joy Polevoy, MBA

Joy has led the design, development and implementation of strategic, process-based and change management projects for the past 14 years. Her areas of focus include strategic human resources, employee engagement and health human resource solutions. She is able to translate an idea into an effective organization-wide solution that achieves results. She is creative, demonstrates proven leadership abilities and enjoys working in a team environment. She has experience in a broad range of industries including the public sector, banking and healthcare.

Joy’s top tier experience as a management consultant with KPMG and Accenture enables her to develop comprehensive solutions for clients. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Terrence Eta

Terrence Eta has over 10 years experience causing business transformation and leading change projects with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to Start up companies to Non Profit organizations. His industry experience spans the high tech, utilities, retail, marketing and educational sectors.

Terrence’s ability to facilitate big picture strategy, conduct detailed analysis and drive rigorous tactical execution makes him invaluable to clients who are looking to navigate through ambiguity, build momentum, unlock capability, and achieve results.

Most recently, Terrence was an executive with Accenture LLP management consulting in their Talent and Organization Performance Group. While at Accenture, he drove regional and global change initiatives (e.g. Training) impacting up to 10,000 end users.

Terrence graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently completing a Masters in Organization Development at Concordia University.

Brian Loroway PMP, B.Sc., P. Eng., Six Sigma Green Belt

Trusted for his leadership, strong analytical skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders, Brian is a consultant with eight years of experience managing complex projects in the automotive industry. His project budgets have exceeded $1M and spanned up to two years in length. Brian is a Certified Green Belt in DMAIC Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma and was recognized for company savings of $260,000 through Six Sigma projects.

His proven communication, issue management and leadership skills with multiple internal and external stakeholders enable him to achieve results. In addition, his proficiency as a performance coach with exceptional conflict resolution skills ensures stakeholders are aligned and on board.

Brian graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, and First Class Honours, is a licensed professional engineer and a PMP certified project manager.
