Discovery Session
All our sessions are value driven, built on best practices and focused on results. In our initial Discovery session, we work with the project executive sponsor to understand the high level goals and objectives for your department and organization. Missing this step could mean a project that meets schedule, scope and budget goals, but misses the mark in forwarding the organization’s strategic goals.
This one hour session helps us understand your short, medium and long term goals. We also work to understand your criteria for satisfaction and the dangers, opportunities and strengths we need to take into account.

Project Readiness
There are two main objectives of the Project Readiness Session. The first is to clearly establish the environment in which the project must succeed. We discuss factors such as:
- how the organization currently manages projects
- whether projects have been successfully executed in the past
- how open and prepared people are for change.
These can have dramatic impacts on the approach and time required for the project.
The second objective is to engage and gather the input of key people in your organization. These individuals will also assist in assessing our services and ensuring fit with your organization.

Draft Charter Session
The Draft Charter session provides you the opportunity to begin your project with a comprehensive charter. We charge a flat rate for this workshop and you can invest an initial payment, without committing to any other downstream fees. In the Draft Charter session, we work with your key internal staff to develop the first draft of the charter.
We document high level scope, time-line and budget information as well as assumptions, dependencies, risks and other critical project information.
