Discovery Session

All our sessions are value driven, built on best practices and focused on results. In our initial Discovery session, we work with the project executive sponsor to understand the high level goals and objectives for your department and organization. Missing this step could mean a project that meets schedule, scope and budget goals, but misses the mark in forwarding the organization’s strategic goals.

This one hour session helps us understand your short, medium and long term goals. We also work to understand your criteria for satisfaction and the dangers, opportunities and strengths we need to take into account.
